Focus
Students in our programs learn to focus better by working on the various aspects of each Taekwondo discipline. This greater attention also helps with concentration and other aspects of studying at school.
Leadership
Taekwondo students develop confidence and respect while learning leadership skills. Ong’s Taekwondo believes it is preparing the next generation of leaders, and we work hard to instill skills in each of our students that will help them succeed in the future.
Respect
Bowing, attentiveness, and sportsmanship are all ways students learn to show respect to their instructors and peers. Outside of Taekwondo, students are taught to show respect by using polite words and listening to others.
Sociability
Students benefit from group lessons because they get to work in small groups with their peers. This helps students feel more at ease among other children and improves their social interactions.
