Teens Class (12 yrs+)
Our Teens session is designed for students who are of high school age. These classes are intended to improve and maintain fitness, flexibility, and strength, as well as boost confidence and reduce stress.
Classes focus on the following points:
- Taekwondo Techniques including Patterns, Sparring and Olympic Sport Rules
- Self-Defence and Conflict Avoidance Techniques
- Positive Attitude and Self Discipline
Students begin class with a comprehensive warm-up and stretching session, followed by a cool-down session before the end of training. This aids in injury prevention while also increasing and maintaining flexibility. Students can use these techniques in different sports, allowing them to prevent injury on a regular basis.
A team of devoted teachers teaches Taekwondo techniques to students in our Teens program, allowing those who require it to receive specialized attention. Each student also receives specialized classes when they join, which help our new students acquire their first techniques more easily.
