LITTLE JINS CLASS

Designed to cater to our Pre-School youngsters in a safe, non-competitive atmosphere. Our team of instructors helps us to pay close attention to each student in order to keep them focused and engaged in class.

KIDS CLASS

Teaches kids to respect others while also standing up for themselves and what they believe in. It is one of the most effective ways to develop your child’s physical and mental strength.

TEENS CLASS

Designed for students who are of high school age. These classes are intended to improve and maintain fitness, flexibility, and strength, as well as boost confidence and reduce stress.

ADULT CLASS

Suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to Black Belts and beyond. We have classes to suit your needs, no matter what your previous skill or fitness level was, with the addition of Self-Defense skills.

SUMMER CAMP

A full-day summer camp for local children.  The kids will participate in exercise, Taekwondo, writing, swimming, art projects, and much more throughout the day. 

AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM

A cost-effective and enjoyable alternative to conventional forms of after-school care. This is a fantastic method to get your children involved in physical activity and to promote a healthy lifestyle.

DYNAMIC / PROGRESSIVE TAEKWONDO

An excellent approach for children to improve their self-esteem, gross motor abilities, and social skills. This program is tailored to the student’s specific needs.
